Shipping & Returns

I ship USPS and UPS. All shipping charges are calculated by weight and destination. NO handling fees are added to your shipping charges. Insurances is optional. If you wish to purchase insurance, you may notify me using the contact form.

I take great care in packaging your order. Sometimes, due to mishandling by the shipper or other factors, damage will occur. If you receive a damaged package please do not remove anything from the box, keep the packaging intact, the shipping carrier will want to see it. Contact me immediately via E-mail. Include your order number and list the damage. I will follow up with the shipping carrier and try to resolve ASAP. This must be done within the first 24 hours of receiving the shipment. If no contact is made, I will assume that your order arrived safely.

Please note: During hot summer months I ship only on Monday. This is to avoid candles being detained over the weekends in hot trailers. Soy wax is a soft, natural wax and extremely susceptible to hot temperatures over an extended period of time.

During summer months, I recommend that you not open your purchase when you receive it. Store it in a cool location for approximately 8 hours. If possible, place your purchase in your refrigerator for an hour. This will ensure your wax has returned to a solid state.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is my priority. If your candle is defective, please notify me ASAP. I will either replace it or send a refund. I do not issue refunds because you do not like a fragrance. Fragrance descriptions are listed and are accurate.

I am unable to refund any shipping charges.
